1. General Terms of Use
1.1. Service Description
Digitermin provides a complete solution for digital transformation of your business:
- Reservation and appointment software (SaaS): Complete platform for managing reservations, appointments, and scheduling
- Client management: CRM functionalities for tracking and managing client data
- Technical support: Continuous support for all platform users
- Customizations (by agreement): System customization according to your business needs
1.2. Contract Start and Duration
The contract becomes valid from the day of signing by both parties. Contract duration is defined in individual client terms and can be monthly or annual.
1.3. Payment and Late Payment
The following terms apply for service payment:
Delay up to 7 days is allowed. After this period, Digitermin has the right to automatically suspend the service.
After 14 days unpaid, the contract is automatically terminated, and all data may be deleted 30 days after termination.
1.4. Prices and Changes
- •All prices are shown without VAT
- •Digitermin reserves the right to change prices with 30-day written notice to the client
1.5. Client Obligations
By using our platform, the client agrees to:
- Use accurate and truthful data during registration and use
- Not enter illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Not allow third parties to use the same account without prior consent
- Use the software in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia
1.6. Provider Obligations (Digitermin)
Digitermin commits to:
- Provide a functional, secure, and operational platform
- Provide technical support for all users
- Store data according to legal regulations
- Not sell or share data with third parties
1.7. Limitation of Liability
- •Digitermin is not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages
- •Digitermin is not responsible for errors caused by the client or their employees
- •Digitermin does not guarantee 100% uptime, but strives for maximum system availability
- •Digitermin is not responsible for misuse by client employees
1.8. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the service. After this period, or once the subscription has been actively used, refunds are not typically offered for the remainder of the paid period. We may grant refunds at our discretion where the service was not delivered or in other exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, contact us using the details in the Contact section.
1.9. Support
1.10. Intellectual Property
The system, design, source code, user interface, and all functions are the exclusive property of Digitermin.
The client has no right to copy, clone, modify, or distribute any part of the system without written consent.
1.11. Cancellation and Termination
Digitermin may terminate the contract in the following cases:
- Non-payment over 14 days
- Client violates the law
- System abuse
2. Privacy Policy
2.1. What Data Digitermin Collects
Digitermin collects and processes the following categories of personal data:

3. Contractual Protection Rules
3.1. Advance for Customizations
For customized solutions, a 50% advance is required before development begins. No work without advance.
3.2. No Delay Without Reason
If the client does not deliver materials, texts, or data on time, deadlines are automatically extended and Digitermin is not responsible for the delay.
3.3. Suspension for Non-Payment
3.4. Prohibition of Harmful Activities
The client may not:
- Hack or breach the system
- Manipulate data in an unauthorized manner
- Use the system for illegal activities
3.5. Limited Warranty
Digitermin does not guarantee that the system will be 100% error-free, but commits to fixing all reported errors within a reasonable timeframe.
3.6. Prohibition of Public Defamation
The user agrees to first contact support to resolve any issues before publicly posting information that may harm the service's reputation, unless within legally permitted freedom of expression.
